What to write about

Anything below gets a real answer. The first two are the most useful things you can send me.

A dead link or a sold-out piece

Send the page and which piece. Stock moves faster than I can re-check it, and a piece that has gone gets replaced rather than left broken. This is the most helpful email I receive.

A correction

If a fibre content, size range or price is wrong on this site, tell me and I will fix it and say what changed. Getting these right is the whole basis of the site.

A size or fit request

If an edit does not work in your size — extended, petite, tall, or a specific fit issue — say so. Requests decide which alternates get sourced next.

A colour pairing you want covered

Edits are built one palette at a time. If there is a combination you keep trying to make work, send it and it goes on the list.
